I tried your almond flour pancake (without the maple syrup) and they tasted great. The consistency and texture were also perfect. I liked your recipe so much that I will be making them for myself (a type 2 diabetic) and my family.

So I made mine way to big but that was okay . The flavor was great . I added some nutmeg as well . We have been buying vans for the kid. I think he will love these ! I didn’t have baking powder so I used cream of tartar and baking soda to sub.

This recipe was fabulous! I used maple syrup in the batter mix and then on the pancake. It was a little sweet with both for me. Next time I will eliminate from syrup on top and will do a raspberry or blackberry topping.

Just Egg works great all her muffin recipes I’ve tried (and other baked good recipes) and while I’m not making these with it until ’til this weekend, it has also worked great in other pancake recipes I’ve used it in. These are a great pancake. Excited to try them for a vegan friend with the Just Egg.
