I would have loved to watch the associated video with this recipe that appears to be featured under “our videos”, but all that reflects is ad after ad. I watched about 4 video ads in a row before giving up. I understand the need to make revenue off of ads, but this was pretty extreme and disappointing.

Yum! Was looking for an easy no stress recipe for supper tonight. Had roasted tomatoes on my mind. This was perfection! Used feta instead of parmesan, but either would be perfect. Looking forward to making this with fresh tomatoes from the garden this summer.

Was sent here from loveandoliveoil, and I’m really happy with this! I apparently need to get better at recognizing when eggs are done, but that aside, this is just simple and tasty, especially with how the basil marries everything together.
