Next time I will omit the salt completely but otherwise it was DELICIOUS with honey yogurt on top! I used walnuts rather than pecans and didn’t take the time to toast them. It was fine like that!

I’ve been making this for years – we love it! I also made it for a girls’ trip and now I’m always requested to make it. I like to omit the oil and instead just add 2-3 tablespoons of applesauce to the wet ingredients. It’s tasty, pretty simple and a crowd pleaser!

Came out great! I was out of coconut oil so used some avocado oil – still delicious. Texture is somewhere between oatmeal and a pancake.

I make this almost every week using trader Joe’s ingredients. its pretty solid! I usually omit the nuts because they’re expensive. the honey I drizzle over everything once combined since it doesn’t like to mix well with the cold milk from the fridge.
