I loved I love this salad! I omitted the cheese and tried adding sliced kalamatas. The second time I ate the salad I added roasted salted cashews instead. I ended up liking the cashews in there better than the olives. I also used pumpernickel bread bc that’s what I had on hand. Wonderful recipe! Thanks, Kate and Cookie!
