Pretty much delicious, but I was just going this would be more like a vinaigrette. It’s much thicker than expected. I tried thinning it out with a bit of extra lemon juice, but I stopped before it reached my preferred consistency for great of ruining the flavor. Still pretty good, but if there’s a part two for this recipe I’d vote for a slightly thinner vinaigrette version!
