Thank you for this recipe KT. It is luxurious, delicious, and easy to make. I hadn’t made broccoli soup before though I make a lot os soups. I enjoy that it has no cream in it and still has that creamy mouthfeel. Very affordable and yummy. I will reference this site more often.

Delicious & filling! I used this soup making endeavor as an opportunity to clean out the fridge! Some zucchini, celery & carrots found their way into the pot. Loved this!

I love that you replaced heavy cream with potatoes . Where broth & bouillon cubes are used, I use water and organic no-salt seasoning (Kirkland). It creates the depth without all the cans or questionable ingredients of cubes. Can't wait to try this!

Perfect healthy soup. Using the whole broccoli… stalk and florets, adding in the order given, guarantees a lovely luscious green colour and fresh flavour.
