This is one of my favorite recipes of yours! It’s so easy and delicious every time. I prefer to roast the broccoli in the oven for ~20 mins on 375 degrees F before tossing with everything. Thanks for the recipe!

I love this dish, perfect lunch, I ate it everyday for lunch and never tired of it. I used hummus rather than avocado. Shared it with my daughter with two little ones and needed easy lunch and they also liked it.

In reply to Donna. Hi Donna, the broccoli and chickpea mixture is perfect to prepare a day in advance. I would just wait to prepare the avocados until I was planning to serve it, as the avocado will brown.

Another great recipe! I steamed the broccoli a bit and used the sun-dried tomatoes you recommended from Trader Joes. I also included some kalamatas. As usual it was delicious!! Thanks!!

Love the fixings on their own as a salad. It does not seem like a salad per se
( to me).
Tried with pita and guacamole, also good.
Next time will try with homemade hummus. Can’t wait! Another keeper from Cookie&Kate
