I will definitely make it again! The Brussels were crispy and flavourful and I loved the onions. The base of my pizza crisped up really nicely. Hi Catherine, I’m so glad this recipe inspired you! I’ve had a few pizzas with Brussels sprouts. They crisp up so nicely in the oven, and the texture is a nice contrast with the cheese.

It makes a beautiful presentation and the flavors are perfect. The Brussel sprout flavor is more like an herb the way it flavors the rest of the pizza. We served it with a fresh green salad.
