In reply to Joanne. Hi Joanne, I don't generally use a food processor for the veggies in soups, but I have used a mandolin for the cabbage. Practice and a knife skills class can help streamline your prep times. I'm glad you enjoy the recipes and find them easy to follow.

The soup was quite good. My husband ate it as the recipe was. I follow a plant based diet so I added cannellini beans and miso which I will do again.
Chopping all the vegetables for soups is very time consuming. It took me a 1/2 hour and the recipe said prep time was. 10 minutes. Do you use a food processor? I have made many of your recipes. They taste good and the recipes are not difficult to follow. Thank you

This is sooooo good! I added white beans to it as well. And lots of pepper, smoked paprika and dill. Mmmmm yum
