So delicious! My whole family enjoyed it – even my husband who doesn’t love pasta dishes generally. He had 2nds and 3rds! He commented that it had a really great taste. Perfect with some garlic bread.

This is an all time (summer) favorite of mine. I add onions, garlic and a chili to bring out the flavors even more. Also nice to use some extra veggies, today I added roasted bell peppers and baby spinach (tip add the spinach when mixture is still warm to welt it but still allow for it to have a bit of crunch).

Can I just share that I am addicted! It’s just delicious. Added a bit more
fresh basil and two cloves of garlic in with the tomatoes towards the end of cooking as other readers mentioned. Thank you.

Best version of a caprese pasta I have tried. Vinegar kicks up flavor when tomatoes are not at their prime and jammy sauce is perfect consistency to meld flavors and textures together.

Very tasty and easy! I accidentally doubled the mozzarella and basil. Highly recommend! Also used bow tie pasta.
