First of all, we love ALL of your recipes! But I have to say I was a little surprised. The other night we made the Cauliflower Salad and we shared with a couple friends. Everyone absolutely loved it! And thankfully there was extra to bring home. It only gets better with age! If you’re thinking about making this recipe, think no more -just go ahead and start making it.

I made this to take to my friend’s for lunch and it was absolutely delicious! definitely a keeper in MY kitchen!
so fresh tasting and summery — just what we needed for the task we we there to do (get her balcony ready for summer!)
Of course, I shared the recipe with her!! — now a keeper in HER kitchen too!

Thanks for this recipe! It was tasty but very salty even without the olives or feta. Next time I will use half the salt.

I want to make this for a party tomorrow! I was wondering if I can roast the cauliflower first ? Or is that useless step? I just prefer the taste of roasted but wasn’t sure how it will fair after dressed

Loved this salad! I am allergic to almonds so I crushed walnuts instead. We ate it as our main meal and, I can’t wait to make it again!

Can I use regar cherry tomatoes. In case someone doesn’t like Sun Dried Tomatoes? I will be making for the 4th.
