It was a great way to use up a bunch of celery! I used a few different ingredients, raisins, and other sweet items, other than dates.

Absolutely delicious. Well written instructions. Added some chopped apple, but otherwise no changes. Shall be bringing this to potluck as it can be made ahead and easily transported. Thanks for yet another wonderful recipe.

This is a new must-have dish on my thanksgiving table! It is so light, crunchy and refreshing. This celery salad makes a wonderful contrast to all the rich, soft foods at Thanksgiving. Love love love!

I made this and it was delicious. I added cranberries instead of dates, red cabbage, and a bit of sesame oil. A slight change but it was so good I made it again tonight for my lunch tomorrow!

A friend forwarded me this recipe and I have made it three times since, I love it! I have gotten a little more creative each time and have added some Italian hot chili peppers and a red onion. Today I added a 1/4 cup of cranberries but I also think a green apple would be delicious!

This is delicious! Cookie and Kate are my absolute favorite! I added a little bit of super finely sliced shallot, maybe half of a very small shallot. Thank you so much!
