Just made this and it’s a delicious dessert and/or breakfast. I followed the receipe exactly as described and I would suggest refrigerating it over night. It was much more like a pudding vs compared to even a few hours.

You recommend blending after if desired for a smooth texture. I’m curious why you wouldn’t grind the seeds them before making the pudding

My friend turned me onto your site today! I make your cocoa chia pudding all the time! I love adding some dry instant coffe and vanilla extract to mine and before serving I topp it with cottage cheese. Can’t wait to try your other recipes!

This is the perfect chocolate chia pudding. I have tried several different recipes, and this one is just right! I use lite coconut milk.

I waited perhaps 10 mins and stirred, then probably stirred again after another 10-15 minutes. I also used skim milk with a bit of cream. Would either of these have been the problem? (The flavour was sooooooo good, that I’ll keep trying until I get it right!) Thanks so much for fast reply!!

In reply to Kate H. Hi Kate, did you let the mixture rest for 15 minutes, then whisk again (step 2). That makes a difference. If you want a smoother texture, you can blend the full batch on high speed until smooth and creamy (don’t blend longer than necessary to avoid warming it).
