Veggies, tortilla ships and dips are my favorite summer snack, or often a whole meal. I doubled the recipe because I knew I would love it as much as Kate’s Aji Verde and Creamy Basil Spread/Dip among others.
This did not disappoint! The sour cream base is so much lighter than mayo and, as usual, I tripled the jalapeno and garlic. Awesome!

Made this tonight to eat with chicken tacos and it knocked our socks off! I have made something similar many times but never roasted the jalapeño. That was a game changer!!

I totally agree with my love of the cilantro lime sauce at Chipotle~ I use it on my tuna salad bowl for lunch just about daily. Can’t wait to try your version!
