May I suggest that you do not put the Aperol into the glass first.
The ratio should be 3:2:1 that is 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol and 1 part soda water, in that order. Ice goes in first then the Prosecco, then Aperol, then soda water on top. Stir gently so as not to lose the bubbles. This is the way the Italians make classic Aperol Spritz. We use 75ml Prosecco, 50ml Aperol and 25 ml soda.
However, I will try your ratio when I can, in case it is just as good! I had an Aperol recently in a restaurant and it was way too weak and disappointing, so I think they used too much soda.
