In reply to Lisa. Hi Lisa, I have had good luck with Whole Foods 365 blend and Trader Joe's "carb friendly" tortillas (they are whole wheat with high fiber). I also enjoy a local brand called Stacey's. Others have shared they like the Siete brand of non-wheat varieties.

In reply to Mihaela. I thought the batter looked too thin. I added about 2 tbsp flour at the end, and baked it in muffin cups. They turned out perfect!

I made this with oat flour and oats as well as crushed cashews. All the ways worked for me. I don’t how it could go wrong truly. It’s a great recipe and simple and delicious.
