Would it work to toss with gluten free pasta of some kind + arugula? Cooking for ten people with a mountain of food allergies and this could actually feed everyone (a miracle) if it would be good to use that way ??

I have made this a couple times and love it so much! Last time I added a cup of english peas and a couple jalapenos for heat. I eat it as dip with fresh veggies.
