The lemon juice overpowered the soup. Otherwise it was okay. Worth a try.

I made it yesterday & I really liked it. Of course I added a bit of crushed red pepper, before serving it! Definitely will be making it again

Creamy and delicious! Used mace instead of nutmeg. It blew my mind how creamy and airy it was.

Thanks so much for yummy tasting soup recipe. I made it today for dinner, and the roasted cauliflower give a great flavour in it. I followed the recipe exactly. My husband is not a big soup lover but first comment after trying a spoon full was: wow this is tasty.

In reply to Megan Priamo. Hi Megan, yes you can make with frozen cauliflower, but I recommend reading through this guide to roasting frozen cauliflower.

While sauteing the onions and garlic, I air fried the cauliflower and snipped fresh chives and parsley. Could not have been easier. Also since I live alone, I only made a half recipe. I do not have a blender, but learned awhile ago to let an immersion blended soup sit for at least 30″. Then reblend. Smooth as silk.
Soup was delicious; really think the lemon juice and butter were great additions.
