I am making this soup for the third time today, I just can’t get enough of it. I do not care that it is the middle of August in Tennessee, I love this soup and will make it year round because it is that good! Paired with grilled cheese on sourdough, it doesn’t get any better than this.

I cut the onion into quarters and roast it with the cauliflower. It takes on a caramelized flavor. Quickly saute the garlic and proceed with the broth and cauliflower as directed in the recipe.

This soup is delicious! Having such few ingredients I was skeptical. The soup is not only enticing but filling. Great recipe. i love nutmeg so i added more to the recipe.

When I see heads of cauliflower marked down I grab them. I have a pot on the stove now.

The lemon juice overpowered the soup. Otherwise it was okay. Worth a try.
