Can you just spray the sheet you are baking the falafel on with olive oil cooking spray?

In reply to Gina Kuehl. Hi Gina, store in a freezer-safe container, such as a glass container, freezer plastic bag, or a silicone stasher style bag. You can defrsot in microwave or toaster oven.

Loved the flavour of these, cooked in my air fryer oven and were indeed crispy on the outside and softer in the middle. Will definitely be on the menu again.
