I was worried the pesto might separate, but it didn’t. I warmed it gently in the oven in the oven, which worked well. So for a vegan dinner party, I mixed cuisines and served this along with the fresh bean salad, ant they were both a hit! Thanks for such carefully explained and creative recipes (all of the ones I have made)!

I make so many of your recipes and am looking forward to your cookbook! One suggestion for this recipe is to give us an idea how many zucchini noodles you use. “One large zucchini” isn’t enough information for me:) Thanks! I plan to make this recipe soon.
