Thank you so much for this recipe! Easy, creative and oh so delish! As addictive as crack (so I’m told! ) I doubled the recipe as I was taking it to a potluck dinner. I had such fun making it and trying out different combinations! I wanted to add a picture but there’s no option to upload one. I sort of followed the recipe for the except for the dried fruit. I don’t like the taste of chocolate and fruit together. So I used dark, and white chocolate, as well as pepitas, dried rose petals, almond slivers, pretzels, gold sprinkles and hints of salt and red pepper flakes. It was like an art project! The contrasting colours and textures came out really pretty and the sweet, salty and slight spicy contrasts are amazing! I couldn’t find good quality dark baking chocolate at the last minute in my hood. So I was astonished that despite using a mediocre quality dark chocolate it tasted sooooo great! The contrasts really amp up the flavour profile. Thank you again!

This was definitely a winner. I just made it for the first time and took it to my poker group. It was a big hit. The recipe is very versatile. I used a couple of partial bags of chipits and a few squares of semisweet baking chocolate. It probably only added up to about 7 ounces. I used raw pecans because I prefer them to toasted. I cut up about 4 dried apricots. I did not have flaky sea salt so I used a very small amount of coarse sea salt crumbled sparsely on top. I spread the chocolate fairly thin. Thanks so much for this recipe.

This chocolate bark has been a favorite of every one of my friends and family for a few years. I recently tried making it with white Belgian chocolate - and we love it! I find that white chocolate does not harden as well as dark chocolate, so I keep it in the fridge.
