Found we had no shop dukka so last minute whipped this up, never buying dukka again, what a great taste, loved it on a pork neck with Dijon mustard wow.

My daughter drew my attention to ducca recently -she loves it and purchases it commercially.
We have a surplus of walnuts and hazelnuts and thought that we would give it a go.
It is delicious, especially with fresh nuts-thank you.

Love making dukkah and use this recipe as a great starting point. I often add fennel seeds to give it that extra zing. I do a bulk batch and store in small jars in the freezer. It’s keeps well that for ages

I first tasted Dukkah in Australia and I was hooked. This is the ONLY recipe I use for Dukkah. Simple and very flavorful. I live to sprinkle it on salads. Sue

In reply to Rob. Transfer the dukkah to a bowl for serving, or store it in an air-tight container for 1 to 2 weeks. I have left it on my counter just fine.

Just wondering how long you can store this mixture once you have made it and do you have to store it in the fridge or can it be stored in the cupboard?
