Did they defrost well for you? I found that mine got watery when I defrosted them.

Hi Diane, what type of liners are you using? I have found if they are older, or low quality, they can stick. You can also use silicone liners.

Hi Jacqueline, the cottage cheese is crucial to the texture in these egg bites. While I prefer a small amount of full-fat dairy in my frittata, I think you’d have better luck using your non-dairy milk of choice in this recipe, which doesn’t call for cottage cheese.

Diane! I love this recipe so much that I’ve made almost every one of Kate’s suggested flavor combos at least once. I, too, got frustrated with trying to remove the paper cups and bought some nonstick BPA-free silicone muffin tin liners online. Just tried them out for the first time and they worked perfectly! Highly recommend this recipe and some nonstick muffin liners! :)
