Hi Erin, I haven’t, but maybe somebody else has. It is important to follow proper canning procedures and use recipes developed for canning for food safety.

Can this be used to make enchiladas for freezing and heating later? Or will it go watery when thawed? Obviously once its part of an enchilada casserole it can’t be whisked.0
