I made this just as written except I had to use pecans because that’s what I had. I took it to a garden tour luncheon and it disappeared quickly. It was really good. It’s. not in your book so I’m tucking a copy of this one inside.

Just delicious – all of the ingredients pair very well together and the dressing is amazing. I followed the recipe “as is” aside from adding some cubed ham that I needed to use up. A definite keeper!

This salad is so delicious – definitely my new favorite broccoli salad, and my husband loved it too. I think the dressing is really what makes it. I included the cheese but think it would be just as tasty without it, and threw on some cubed sriracha tofu for a little added protein.

This is a wonderful, healthy vegetarian of the broccoli salad a lot of us remember from the ’80s/’90s, which had bacon and a sugar-sweetened mayo dressing.
