It’s farmer’s market season here but not mango season so I made the recipe with frozen mango and farmer’s market or from my garden green onion (scallion), red pepper, cilantro and serano pepper (tested it first – it’s less hot than my usual farmer’s market jalepeno). I’m pretty sure I got the recipe from you years ago and it’s one of my very favourite things to eat so thank you. I usually make it with the ingredients below but it’s nice to change it up from time to time.

This sounds wonderful and I plan to take it as an appetizer to a gathering. The host is making teriyaki chicken and egg rolls, so I would like to serve this with something other than tortilla chips. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!
