In reply to Brenda Heming. You could try adding red bell pepper to give it a little crunch and color. I have a papaya salsa recipe where the red bell pepper is one of the ingredients.

Yum!!! I just made the mango salsa. I added a few peaches and substituted a trinidadian pepper for the jalapeno and added some garlic (all from my garden). This was delicious. thank you for sharing your recipe. this is a keeper.
