I made your butternut soup recipe as written since I wanted to roast the squash. One of the worst soup recipes I have made in 60 years. The reason an immulsion blender is not effective is that the soup is too thin. Like adding garlic and shallots and squash to a big pot of water. Threw it out, no one would eat it. A waste of time and ingredients and I love a good squash soup.

In reply to Kate. Very disappointed with your response. Of course, other users and I can use an online nutritional calculator but so could you then post the into once for everyone on your site. Or better yet, include it in your book. I had planned to purchase your book for friends and family but this is a major miss. May even return my copy. Nutritional info is not an option in today’s healthy lifestyles. Very disappointed, indeed.
