Hi Kate, I laughed at your ‘confession’. Last year I committed the same sin of bringing a sad (very sad) cheeseboard to an event. I felt embarrassed, and yes, the cheese was mostly ignored. But now I have hope, thanks to you.

Hi Kate, I’m wanting to find vegetarian cheese but lately the labels I’ve seen mostly just say enzymes. Do you know of brands that don’t use animal rennet? Thanks so much.
