In reply to Danica. Hi Danica, I add baked tofu to all sorts of recipes, like stir fried and curries. It's very versatile and pairs well with any vegetables.

You’ve done it again! A perfect recipe! I love how you also make it so simple, as in one tablespoon of each of the ingredients.
I’ve made this a bunch of times and it turns out every time.

In reply to Christine. Hi Christine, I don't recommend freezing already cooked tofu unless it is in heavier sauce, like a curry. The texture just isn't the same after freezing and it looses the crispy exterior.
