Really easy recipe that comes together fairly quickly. I’m sure it would be even quicker if you had canned lentils available but I don’t so I quickly whipped up a cup of dry lentils in the instant pot and that was done pretty much by the time I was ready to assemble everything in the food processor. I didn’t make the avocado harissa, I’m sure that would have been delicious, but I just had plain avocado mashed with some salt, pepper and garlic powder. I had these with some sourdough buns and it was an amazing dinner!

In reply to Kate. Well, I used rice flour cause I had a ton of it on hand, and they turned out really crisp and delicious! Granted I never made them the oat flor way, so nothing to compare it to, but very happy with the rice flour!
