Didn’t have coconut water so subbed with apple juice. Even my 8 yr-old daughter who’s a very picky eater and hates most greens was surprised at how she couldn’t taste the spinach. It tastes so fresh and delicious and it’s the perfect breakfast smoothie. I was honestly a little sad when I finished it, but I will definitely be making this again over the course of the week. I recently decided to stop having as much dairy, so I’ve been looking for smoothies without any milk. The coconut water I thought was perfect, because it tastes so much better than normal water. I used frozen mango and regular pineapple, but it was the perfect temperature. Great recipe!
