TEN!! I loved it!! I made this for a keto guest along with regular rice for everyone else. I preferred this over the regular rice.

the toasted almond addition is brilliant. Without the almonds the dish is pretty “meh” but the added crunch and flavor make this a side that I will make a LOT.

In reply to Marlene. I microwaved it for 5 minutes and then just followed this recipe. The brand I use isn't watery so didn't have to drain it squeeze it.

The recipe says to serve warm but would it be okay at room temp? Seems like it would, but wanted to check. I would like to take it to a potluck.
