Outstanding! This has become my go-to recipe for cranberry sauce. Healthy: maple syrup cranberries orange zest and juice… Absolutely outstanding. Everybody loves it. And I have happily shared the recipe with others.

Made recipe exactly as written. Very simple and delicious. Used 1/4 cup oj instead of zesting an orange. Will add let each person add cinnamon to their serving, cause some don’t like the taste. Thanks for allowing me not to use the canned stuff. So much healthier!

This cranberry sauce recipe is my all-time favorite! Thanks so much. This year, we were asked to bring “American food” to my husband’s family’s Christmas table in Sweden, so roast turkey with stuffing and your cranberry sauce are on the menu :-)

Made the Naturally Sweetened Cranberry Sauce for Thanksgiving using maple syrup. It is awesome, the best I’ve ever had and so simple to make. I did add a little fresh orange juice after removing from the heat.

In reply to Janine. Hi Janine, yes if that's what is available. This time of year the fresh ones are very inexpensive, but frozen is available year round.
