These popsicles are absolutely delicious! They are fun to make and the roasted peaches send these popsicles over the top! I’ve made them over and over and they are a hit with everyone!

I made these a few days ago, but just tried my first popsicle. I think they’re delicious. My husband said they’re good, but would like a bit more fruit in them, and less yogurt. Great way to use up some peaches I picked but weren’t the best for directly eating.

In reply to Julie P.. Hi Julie, I hope you love it! I think it depends on the type of Popsicle mold you use. Typically food lasts 3-6 months well in the freezer, but I haven't had these last that long to test that theory. Sorry!
