In reply to Deborah Olivastri. Hi Deborah, I'm so sorry this didn't work for you. How big were your sprouts? Larger sprouts might need to be cut smaller. They can really vary in size.

I roasted for 25 minutes and the Brussels sprouts were still hard yet the layers were crispy. They looked good but the bite was not there I did cut them in half too.

My kids love Brussels sprouts now. I took your advice to not flip them, and they are perfect! Of all the things my 14-year-old boy could say, I think “fire!” when he sees the tray for dinner is a win. Thank you!!

Absolute perfection served alongside my creamy garlic pork chops! I added Everything Bagel seasoning to the roasted brussell sprouts and will do this again and again and again! Thank you for a delicious-but-easy-peasy dish!

I’m sorry I haven’t given feedback before, because this is my go-to sprouts recipe. Perfect every time, and like you, usually use some good balsamic to finish and sometimes the fresh lemon juice and zest. Always delicious and makes everyone happy! Which makes me happy so thank you, Kate!

Roasted sprouts…. Who knew??? Absolutely yummily delicious and what a change and improvement of the already gorgeous flavour… I love sprouts anyway but my husband “suffers” them… but now he’s like wow, nutty crispy leaves and fab taste thank you xxxx
