Hello from sunny Singapore! Great success on our maiden attempt popping popcorn with this recipe. Took about close to 10min for the extra virgin olive oil to heat up (induction hob, level 5 out of 9 heat setting) but it went splendidly. My 4yo was so tickled by all that popping in the dutch oven. This will definitely be in our snack rotation, thank you!

I followed all your tips and my first batch is perfect. I had to use a 5 quart Dutch oven, so my measurements were different from yours, but the results were still impressive. Every kernel popped. Thank you so much for all the helpful advice.

Great recipe and instructions. I use to make my own popcorn years and years ago before Smart Pop. Homemade IS so much better tasting and quite easy. I followed your directions using EVVO and every kernel popped. It is such a small amount of oil that I think next time I will try Peanut Oil. This made quite a lot, but I shared it with my German Shepherd, JD and still have plenty for another snack tomorrow. He loved it, too!
