Made as is using Greek yogurt and of course Grillo’s pickles. Sprinkled in about 1/3 of a ranch dip packet for a little zip of flavor… sooo good!

I made this for Christmas last year. It was easy, delicious and was a huge hit. I used the refrigerated Claussen sandwich slices which make it so much easier to chop up. I used yogurt instead of sour cream. It was so good. My granddaughter is home from college and has requested it again for Christmas. This recipe does not disappoint.

I made the Dill Pickle Dip today. I didn’t have yogurt so I used sour cream. The dill pickles were not a name brand and they didn’t have the dill flavour that I was looking for therefore, the dip did not taste like I expected it to. I will try it again. Thank you for the recipe.

I need to go shopping so I can make this, but I’m guessing this would be a great substitute foe a mayo based tartar sauce!

Love these recipes here on Cookie and Kate! Just made this recipe and it was good but felt like it was missing something…maybe didn’t add enough pickle brine? Added some lemon, though, and I felt like that was what maybe was missing for me.
