Another C+ K hit! We had some leftover pitas from Costco sitting in the fridge so of course I came to your site first. It’s been a Cookie and Kate marathon of winners lately at my place and this was so easy. Thank you for the pro tips on slicing and seasoning. I had onion powder, garlic powder and Everything But the Bagel seasonings in the cupboard–they don’t get a lot of attention lately but worked perfectly in this recipe. Dipped immediately after cooling into fresh hummus. Wow!

Just made this recipe for pita chips, and it worked out great. Both my husband and I loved them. The trickiest past was separating the top and bottom of each pita. I dipped them in a little of Trader Joes Crunchy Onion Chili Hummus which was a nice combination of flavors. Thank you for sharing this recipe. It is one we will make again and again.

Great recipe! Made with whole wheat pita, and used flaky sea salt for 1 batch and everything bagel seasoning for another batch. The everything bagel seasoning was sooo good! Great recipe.

These are perfection! Thank you so much for always coming up with the best recipes, everything of yours I’ve ever made has been . I love pita chips but the store bought ones are expensive and full of junk. This is easy and delicious You’re the best!
