Brussels sprouts plus some broccoli florets and red bell pepper that needed to be used up,  Prep was easy, and then little hands-on time while veggies &#038; tofu were in oven.  Next time will try peanut sauce (because we love it so!) but this glaze was also excellent (used maple syrup instead of honey as that&#039;s what I had)]]></description>

Suggestion:  group the steps:
1.  make the rice (add 1.25 c. brown rice to 2.75 c. boiling water, reduce flame)
2.  prep the 15 oz. tofu (squeeze out water, cut in 3rds then 5ths, place on parchment with after tossing with oil &#038; corn starch or arrowroot, bake at 400 for 30 min, turning after 15 min...)
3.  prep 1.5 lb. brussel sprouts (halve, toss with oil, bake).
4.  cook the sauce – until halved in volume 
 ¼ cup reduced-sodium tamari
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
(optional) 1 to 3 teaspoons chili garlic sauce or sriracha (depending on how spicy you like it)


I kept on having to go back and forth - unnecessarily.
I&#039;m going to keep the recipe - in my own words (see above)
And it took a lot more than 30 minutes to make.]]></description>
