WOW! We JUST made these and oh my gosh! Just wonderful! I’ve been craving pancakes for awhile now and decided to just Google a recipe and came upon your website. I used Avacado oil and unsweetened almond milk. Had to add some dark chocolate chips too! We will definitely cook other receipes you have!

I followed the recipe exactly and the pancakes turned out great! Thanks so much! I’m just wondering if I can put in less maple syrup and or oil or if they won’t be fluffy? Just trying to have less sugar and salt in the pancakes. We put lots of both on when we are eating them! :)

Hi! GREAT recipe! My grandma’s recipe has eggs and I’m not eating them anymore. I thought I would have to sacrifice texture and flavor, but this recipe is delish! I actually don’t add any sugar since I eat them with syrup and I’ve experimented with different flours and it’s just wonderful, and so versatile! Thank you!!!

So simple and absolutely delicious. Thank you for this recipe. I didn’t have any type of milk on hand, so I just used water, and they still turned out wonderful. The pancakes were nice and fluffy.

Excellent recipe. I used 50% whole wheat flour, 25% oat flour, and 25% teff, and the pancakes were rich and flavorful. You could probably use any of a number of different grains.

These were SO good! I doubled it and did half einkorn and half whole wheat flour. And I added super thinly sliced banana. My kids DEVOURED them!
