Absolutely delicious! I will admit to adding a couple of extra twists of pepper because I like that spicy bite. I’ve been looking for a really good spicy molasses cookie for a while and this is definitely it!

Re: Spicy Molasses Cookies. Have you tried adding diced fresh raspberries? Just wondering if the extra juices would make the cookie to gooey.

Also, do you have any cookie receipies with 3 to 3.5 grams of fat and low calorie, ie in the 90’s?

In reply to Kate. Thanks Kate! I subbed the regular whole wheat flour with Dark Rye Flour because that's what I had and the cookies were more flat than yours but still absolutely delicious. I stuck with the brown sugar since it was just a couple of tablespoons. Thanks for another delicious recipe!
