Is the nutrition information for EACH serving or for the total recipe of 6-8 servings? The sodium content seems very high at 1563.1.

I need some advice…I’ve never met a Cookie & Kate recipe I didn’t love! I cannot stand cumin (I know, weird!). Should I leave it out? Is there anything I could replace it with? Thanks so much!

Can I substitute dried black beans for the can black beans

This is our new favorite soup. I add cubed cook sweet potatoes to the soup after it is blended. I also add coriander, paprika, and a bit of chili powder to a reduced amount of cumin, just to increase the complexity of the spices. But it is also great without the additions.
