This was such a gorgeous and wonderfully tasty salad. Doubled this for a meeting and was careful to dress and finish on site – we all know how fast spinach wilts! Many had seconds and also commented on the unique flavors.

The combination of toasted pecans, goat cheese and raspberries was so nice and the drizzle of balsamic (very easy and quick reduction, re Kate’s instructions, if you don’t have it on hand) just took it over the top! Great vinaigrette will be perfect for many salads.

My husband isn’t a fan of goat cheese – but he couldn’t leave the leftover salad alone later in the day! Also it is very festive for the Christmas season. Thanks Kate!

Delish! I swapped out the raspberries for strawberries and added white quinoa to make it more hearty as a light dinner. The dressing is fabulous – I used sherry vinegar and it was well worth it. YUM!

Just made this for a few friends having a BBQ. Had no raspberries so used strawberries. It looks fantastic. Can’t wait to eat it. Thank you for this recipe.

I took this recently to a potluck dinner party. It was a big hit! I tossed the cheese in the salad instead of just sprinkling it on top and it made the dressing kind of creamy.

I want to make Seasonal Spinach Salad but the folks cannot eat balsamic glaze.
Still good without or should I try another spinach one?

Had some spinach from my CSA and decided to make this salad. I used an apple and feta cheese because that’s what I had. It was delicious! Thanks, Kate!
