This is one of our absolute favorite soups! I love the peanut butter in it. I’ve made it for someone with a carrot allergy once and substituted regular potatoes and it was still yummy (but carrots are best!).

This was delicious!! Love the ginger and spice! I made it with sesame seed oil, as that’s what I had. I then sprinkled it with sunflower seeds. I will certainly be making it again!

Kathryne- This is such a delicious soup, thank you! Recipe is easy to follow and prepare. Added a few items including garbanzo beans and mushrooms and I feel this just enhanced what your recipe created. Love it.

Absolutely delicious! Honestly the best soup I have ever had, anywhere. I have never made soup myself before and this was super simple to do. I did make 1 change and roasted the carrots instead, adding them to the mix at the end before blending. I have now made 2 batches in 2 weeks. Thank you so much Kate.
