This is a great, simple, recipe and I love it! It’s the right amount of ingredients and it tastes very fresh! I use Ryan Reynolds’s Aviation Gin which I adore! Good stuff❣️❤️

I’d suggest heavy simple syrup. 2 parts sugar, 1 part water. It waters down your drinks less and give you more control. You can always add water but you can’t remove it.
And store simple syrup in the fridge. It will last a long time and it won’t warm your drink as much (so the ice melts less, less watering down the drink).

A well balanced TC; especially appreciate the Luxardo cherry. Haven’t tried it with Topo Chico but will pick some up on the next trip to the mercado.
