Looked for a hearty vegetable soup a couple of months ago and found yours. Have just followed the recipe and have made it at least 1/2 times family loves it

This recipe is kind of unbelievably good. I’ve made good veg soups before and I didn’t expect it to be SO much better – it’s mostly vegetables and water! – but somehow it is. I guess it’s the curry powder? Anyway, this was amazing, thank you!

For my 2C of veg, I did potatoes, zucchini, green beans, and some frozen corn. I also added can of white beans to up the protein, and used a bit of apple cider vinegar for my acid. (I also only had one can of tomatoes, so I chopped up a fresh tomato to make 28oz).

Good Morning. I have made this soup and it is fantastic. I use it all year round. I was wondering if you ever tried it in a crockpot. I am in need of a dump and run option (no vegetable abuse, I promise).

I may have reviewed this before, I cant remember but here we go again

I never liked veggie soup…. Ever!

But I made this during the pandemic and I lived on it! It’s the only veggie soup I like!

Today my body was craving some serious veg, so I thought what better way then the “Seriously Good Veggie Soup” recipe!

It made me remember why I only wanted to eat this soup for like a year! Its soooo delicious! Perfectly fitting name!

It will always be in my favorites! 10 out of 10!!!
