Fabulous! The sauce is the best tamari/soy sauce I’ve ever tasted. We made it with crispy tofu and loved every morsel. Even my husband who said he “doesn’t like brown rice” at it all and rated it an “A”. Thank you! I’ll send a photo if I can find the link.

This was so good! The sauce is amazing, and we loved the combination of veggies. I made it into a meal by serving it with brown rice and fried eggs. My three teens and I loved it!

We liked this. I added broccoli and cooked the whole thing a bit longer because I prefer the veggies a little more cooked, but the sauce was delicious.

I enjoyed this recipe. The ginger was a bit overpowering for my taste so I will reduce it some next time, but will definitely be making again, varying the vegetables seasonally. I enjoy your site a lot, thank you!
