Spring really does bring such a refreshing change, doesn’t it? The mix of sunshine, blooming daffodils, and those unpredictable weather swings somehow makes everything feel more alive. Your evening walk sounds absolutely lovely—Grace enjoying her new scooter and little Luke relaxing in the stroller must have been such a sweet family moment.

Hosting Easter sounds like a beautiful tradition to have, especially now that it’s become “your” holiday. And how special that it’s Luke’s very first Easter! It’s wonderful to hear he’s doing so well and enjoying all the new foods—those early milestones are truly priceless.

I just opened your most recent email and read about Cookie. I am sorry for your loss, I too have lost a beloved pet and know the complete heartache it causes. I hope in time you find joy in the memories, I will certainly enjoy looking at all the Cookie photos in your cookbook.

I am so sorry for your loss. Dogs are the most amazing companions and it’s just heartbreaking when we have to say good-bye to them. I hope you find peace in remembering all the wonderful times you and Cookie had together.
